DO WRIST WRAPS ACTUALLY HELP WITH LIFTING?

Yes. Wrist wraps provide external support to the wrist joint during heavy pressing and overhead movements. By limiting excessive extension, they help you maintain a neutral wrist position — which means more force transferred into the bar and less strain on the joint. They're especially useful for bench press, overhead press, and heavy front squats.

WHEN SHOULD I USE WRIST WRAPS?

Use wrist wraps during heavy or high-volume pressing movements where your wrists tend to bend back under load. This includes bench press, overhead press, push press, dumbbell pressing, and front squats. You don't need them for every exercise — save them for when the load demands extra support.

HOW TIGHT SHOULD I WRAP THEM?

HOW DO I PUT THEM ON?
