What are wrist straps used for?
Wrist straps wrap around the barbell or dumbbell handle and your wrist, transferring the load away from your fingers. This lets you hold heavier weight for longer — so your grip is no longer the weak link on pulling movements like deadlifts, rows, and pull-ups.
How are straps different from wrist wraps?
Wrist wraps provide joint support by stabilising your wrist during pressing movements (bench press, overhead press). Wrist straps assist your grip by connecting your hand to the bar during pulling movements (deadlifts, rows, lat pulldowns). They serve different purposes — straps are for grip, wraps are for wrist stability.
When should I use wrist straps?
Use them on any pulling exercise where your grip gives out before the target muscle Common exercises include deadlifts, barbell rows, Romanian deadlifts, lat pulldowns, shrugs, and pull-ups. They're especially useful on your heaviest working sets and high-rep back sessions.
Are they sold as a pair?
Yes — every order will include a pair of wrist straps (left and right).
What size are they?
Each strap measures 60 cm long × 4 cm wide. One size fits all — designed to wrap securely around any wrist and any standard barbell or dumbbell handle.
What are they made of?
Premium neoprene with a polyester cotton blend and textured silicone grip surface. The combination provides durability, comfort, and a secure hold under heavy loads.
How do I wash them?
Hand wash with mild soap and cold water after use. Lay flat to air dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry — this will preserve the neoprene and stitching.
