WEIGHTLIFTING BELT
JOIN THE WAITLIST
Engineered for athletes who refuse to compromise. The UPTOUCH Weightlifting Belt delivers over 1,000kg of tensile force with a precision lever lock system, giving you the intra-abdominal pressure (IAP) support you need to lift heavier, safer, and with total confidence.
Built to break PRs — today, tomorrow, and beyond.
✅ Tensile Force > 1,000kg: Industrial-grade strength that won't flex, stretch, or give out under maximum loads.
✅ Level Adjust System: Precision lever mechanism for instant, tool-free tightness adjustments between sets — dial in your exact fit every time.
✅ IAP Protection: Designed to maximise intra-abdominal pressure, keeping your core braced and your spine protected through the heaviest lifts.
DO I NEED A WEIGHTLIFTING BELT?
If you're squatting, deadlifting, or pressing heavy, a belt helps you brace harder by giving your core something to push against. This increases intra-abdominal pressure (IAP), which stabilises your spine and lets you lift more weight safely. Whether you're chasing PRs or just training consistently, a belt is one of the most effective tools in your gym bag.
WHAT MAKES A LEVER BELT DIFFERENT FROM A PRONG BELT?
A lever belt uses a flip-lock mechanism that snaps open and shut instantly — no threading, no fumbling between sets. It provides a more consistent, even tightness every time you put it on. Prong belts require manual adjustment each time, which can slow you down and vary in tightness. The UPTOUCH lever system also features tool-free level adjustment, so you can change the fit without a screwdriver.
HOW TIGHT SHOULD A WEIGHTLIFTING BELT BE?
Tight enough that you can take a deep breath and brace your core against it, but not so tight that you can't breathe at all. You should be able to get a full diaphragmatic breath in — the belt should feel like a wall your abs push into. If you can't breathe or brace properly, it's too tight.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GET?
Measure around your waist at the navel (not your pants size). Refer to the size chart below:
| Size | Waist Circumference |
|---|---|
| S | 65–80 cm |
| M | 80–95 cm |
| L | 95–110 cm |
| XL | 110–125 cm |
WHEN SHOULD I WEAR A BELT?
Use your belt on heavy compound lifts — squats, deadlifts, overhead press, barbell rows, and clean & jerks. You don't need it for every exercise. Save it for working sets where you're pushing 70%+ of your max, or any lift where core bracing is critical to performance and safety.
HOW DO I BREAK IN A LEVER BELT?
New leather belts can feel stiff at first. Wear it during your warm-up sets for the first few sessions to let the leather mould to your body shape. You can also roll the belt tightly and leave it overnight to soften the material. After 3–5sessions, it'll feel like it was made for you.
